Realtime eBusiness uses the sophisticated technology from Realtime STP in standalone solutions. The primary module is a New Business Web Portal to begin the electronic flow of applicant and risk assessment information. This module has these functional elements:

• Electronic application - Realtime eApplication transforms an existing paper application and/or state-required forms into electronic data entry fields on web screens. The electronic application becomes a web site and database where required information is entered only once to populate all required forms as PDFs and electronic data. This is not just a "fillable" PDF. Realtime eApplication collects and stores all information in the formats needed to drive the new business web portal and STP process.
• Programmable reflexive questions - For responses where additional information is needed to accurately assess risk, reflexive questions drill down to more details. The rules-based Realtime Decision Engine refines the level of detail requested for any response provided by an applicant.
• Electronic signatures - Required data and response fields are identified and programmed for electronic input and output to a PDF of the form. Agents and applicants can sign the application using a Realtime eSignature, typically an Internet click signature or voice signature in a call center implementation. Signing a printed PDF of the application is always an option.

Realtime eBusiness also includes an advanced automated application evaluation module that automates field underwriting using application verification data from Realtime Data Bureau.
